The Deschutes River Horse Trail is a 22-mile round trip former railbed trail, open to riding from March 1–June 30, from sunrise to sunset. Description: The sweeping hillsides and cliffsides of Prineville Reservoir create a stunning backdrop for our guided kayak tour. Paddle with our interpretive staff and learn about local geology, area history, Water cycle and the plants and animals of the High Desert.
