Kick off the New Year by getting out for a hike!
Join Oregon State Parks for a First Day Hike at Elijah Bristow State Park. This Ranger led hike will wander through mixed conifer and deciduous forest, open meadows, and lush wetland offering views of the Middle Fork Willamette River and the park’s abundant wildlife.
Start Time – 10am arrival, 10:15am start time.
Park Address – 38263 Wheeler Rd. Dexter, OR 97431
Meet at – Main Parking Lot at end of park road near restroom building.
Trail terrain – Easy, flat, terrain on compacted, gravel surface. Some uneven terrain and muddy spots may exist.
Length of Hike – 1 mile loop
Things to Note – Dress for the weather, sturdy footwear recommended. Drinking water available at park restroom. Please leave pets at home. Service animals welcome.
