Join Oregon State Park Rangers and Oregon Equestrian Trails (OET) to help maintain the trails at Elijah Bristow State Park on March 8th from 10am – 1pm. Volunteer activites include clearing the trails of overgrown vegetation, debris, and mud before hauling in and spreading gravel on the trails. Please dress for the weather and bring sturdy boots. Instructions, gloves, and tools for the work are provided (feel free to bring your own gloves if preferred). Best suited for adults and youth ages 13 and older. All youth need to be accompanied by an adult.
We will meet in the main parking lot near the restrooms at Elijah Bristow State Park off of Wheeler Rd in Dexter, OR. Pizza lunch will be provided when work has concluded. Please register online so we can figure out how many folks will be attending. Feel free to reach out to Ranger Steve Hancock with any questions. 541-912-2047
