Tour length: 2 hours/3 miles. The times listed below include check-in, instruction, and check out.
Minimum age: 12 years old and above for single kayaks. 6 years old and above accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old for tandem kayaks.
Paddle along Estacada Lake on the Clackamas River and explore the logging history and rich wildlife of the area. Bring your own snacks, drinking water, hat, footwear that can get wet, sunscreen, sunglasses, and camera. Kayaks, paddles, and personal flotation devices (PFDs) provided. You may use your own PFD if you prefer, as long as it’s a Coast Guard Approved Type 3 or Type 2 personal flotation device.
This park requires a day-use parking permit, which may be purchased at the park for $5. You also may purchase a 12-month or 24-month parking permit from the online Park Store.
Participants will meet at the Estacada Lake boat launch. Please arrive fifteen (15) minutes early. If you have not arrived by 2:05pm, the trip may begin without you.
Need to cancel?: You may cancel your event registration online BEFORE 12 p.m. (noon) the day before the event and be issued a full refund. No refunds are issued for registrations canceled AFTER 12 p.m. the day before the event and for no-shows. If the park cancels an event, we will send you an email and issue a full refund.
